The Moodys

This is the family I have loved since the day I was born. This family has helped me through my most difficult hours and I have shared some of my most happiest moments with. When I talk about family I am usually referring to them. My dad is in this family and through him and the rest of the clan I have learned the true meaning of what a family is. I tight net group of people who look after one another and help each other through our daily lives. We take care of one another and usually meet at least twice a year to celebrate our families. Sometimes we meet more often in the year that is if there is a wedding or a funeral to go to. But like most families we have are ups and downs. But through it all we are able to get along and love one another. What I remember most about being with this family is when we get together we are always laughing and we are always hearing good news about what someone in the family is doing. This is a very positive family and there are always good outcomes and I see my grandmother Reeci, as the strength of the family and also the rock so to speak. We all love her and try to make sure she is very happy with how things are going. After my grandfather died in 1996, it was difficult for us all to image what it would be like, but since then we have overcome it all and now we look on to the future and see what comes of the love that my grandparents shared. What started out as a country girl and city boy couple came a family who is trying hard to succeed and make my grandparents happy.
